Pimples or Acne is very common in adolescents and young adults. Prevention is recommended to avoid its development. Healthy and proper practices are required. As teenager you should be clean everyday!

I want to share you the basic prevention from Pimples or Acne. All of these preventive steps are found in our daily habit and nothing to worry about it. Simply follow correctly and practice it daily.

I always have this saying: “Prevention is better than cure”.

How to prevent Pimples or Acne naturally? 
- Wash face three (3) times a day with clean water using mild soap.
- Don’t touch your face with your fingers.
- If pimples develop in your face, don’t prick it with your fingers.
- Drink plenty of fruit juices and fresh water.
- Sleep early in the evening to get 7-8 hours of sleep a day.
- Eat less of starchy foods, chocolates, nuts and sweets.
- Eat fresh of fruits and vegetables.
